Material Details: The valve body is made of A105/A105N forged carbon steel, subjected to normalizing and tempering treatment, with a room-temperature impact energy of ≥27J. The sealing surface of the gate plate is overlay welded with Stellite 6 hard alloy, with a hardness of ≥HRC40.
- Core Performance: Temperature resistance ranges from -29℃ to 425℃. Pressure rating covers Class 800 to 2500 (13.8MPa to 42.0MPa). The outside screw & yoke wedge type structure can withstand high pressure difference, and the sealing performance complies with API 598 standard.
- Model Specifications: Nominal diameter DN15 to DN100 (1/2" to 4"). The socket weld end complies with ASME B16.11 standard. Customization for NACE MR0175 sulfide stress corrosion resistance is available. It can provide certifications complying with API 602, GB/T 12234 and other standards.
